I combine QA with DevOps and SRE practices to reduce friction and maintain production reliability. I verify features through UI and API testing while driving infrastructure health: defining SLOs, building observability and alerting, automating CI/CD and remediation, and maintaining runbooks and postmortems. I focus on catching issues earlier, shortening mean time to recovery, and preventing repeat incidents through automation.
