I'm Zak. Based out of Gothenburg.

I work on the operational side of SaaS platforms: the deployments, infrastructure, and observability that keep engineering shipping without setting things on fire. My focus is designing for reliability rather than heroics, with clear SLOs, meaningful alerts, on-call incident response, and postmortems that actually change something. Recently, this also means putting AI to work with internal tools and multi-agent workflows that automate repetitive fixes, triage, and support, so the humans get to focus on the interesting problems.
